Make the marinade per recipe instructions. Marinate flank steak for 2 to 3 hours in the fridge.

Cook either indoors or outdoors. If cooking indoors, finish in the oven. If cooking outdoors, grill for about 7 mins oer side until medium.

While the steak is resting, make the toppings. I make pico de gallo and guacamole.

For each taco, add some diced carne asada, followed by the toppings. If desired, use 2 tortillas per taco.
