Combine the thinly sliced beef with the marinade ingredients. Marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the stir-fry sauce. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
Cook the ramen noodles (discard flavor packages) according to package directions, but undercook by 1 minute.
Sear the marinated beef in a large skillet over high heat, just 1 minute per side.
Wipe skillet clean. Then, par-cook the broccoli with some water so it steams, lid covered, until crisp tender.
In the same skillet, sauté the ginger, garlic, and scallions. Then cook the bell peppers and broccoli.
Toss the cooked ramen with the veggies and the stir-fry sauce.
Serve with sesame seeds and scallions on top. Enjoy!
