Start making my easy buttermilk biscuit dough. It's very easy and takes just 20 minutes or less. Recipe included with the chicken pot pie recipe.

Season chicken breasts with herbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Sear on both sides until fully cooked. Set aside.

Start cooking the onions, celery, and onions until softened. Then, add flour to coat evenly.

Stir in chicken broth, stirring to dissolve flour until thickened slightly. Add herbs.

Stir in heavy cream and frozen diced potatoes, peas, and parsley. Simmer for a few minutes.

Cut the biscuit dough into rounds. Arrange on top of the filling, and brush the biscuits with heavy cream.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
