In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange zest and juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook down until thickened, about 5 to 8 minutes.

Mix the shortbread crust ingredients using a pastry blender or food processor. Press the half of mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Spread the cranberry filling on the bottom crust. Top with the remaining dough.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool for at least 2 hours before serving.

Once cooled down, cut into squares and enjoy!
