In a large 8-quart slow cooker, add all the ingredients, including water.
Slow cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Remove the apples and mash them. Then, return to the slow cooker, and cook for another 1 hour.
Strain all solids through a colander.
Serve warm, and garnish with more fruit and spices.
