Roll our and cut puff pastry to form rectangles. Cut slits around the edges.
Arrange apples on top of each puff pastry rectangle.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Finish with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar.
