In a jar, combine lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. Shake to combine.
In a skillet, drizzle some olive oil and lightly cook the asparagus, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
In a salad platter, arrange the greens, radishes, artichokes, peas, asparagus, and goat cheese.
