Cook the ground turkey, onions, garlic. Then, add the diced tomatoes and cooked rice. Stir in cheese and parsley.

Stuff each bell pepper half with the filling. Arrange on a baking pan with a little bit of water at the bottom. Cover and bake at 375F for 35 minutes.

Top the cooked ground turkey stuffed bell peppers with shredded mozzarella and parmesan. Bake for another 12 minutes and then broil.

Garnish with fresh parsley on top and serve!
