- 2/3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 to 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a mason jar, combine all the ingredients.
Cover with lid and shake vigorously until fully incorporated. Use immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
