Baking, Roasting, and Broiling

Baking, roasting, and broiling are three of my favorite cooking methods. They are usually mess-free and it's an easy way to feed a large family! Our favorites are Lemon Rosemary Roast Chicken, Spatchcock BBQ Chicken, and Italian Sausage Pasta Bake.
